Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for MAIG subscriptions.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the MAIG dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. No action is required on your part other than cancelling through the portal.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your account reverts to the Free plan when the paid period ends.
- Your projects and request history are preserved on the Free plan.
Refunds
MAIG subscriptions are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error, we will issue a full or partial refund for the overcharge.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Extended outages: If the Service experiences a verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, we will issue a prorated credit for the affected time.
To request a refund for any of the above, email support@maig.dev with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Free trial
MAIG does not currently offer a paid free trial period. The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost, giving you the opportunity to evaluate the Service before subscribing.
Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time through the billing portal. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan.
